SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Blue Ripple Filters Inc. ships only to the United States. Standard Shipping is Free of charge (3–4 business days).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to regions such as:

American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii- Economy Shipping (5-8 business days) - 15 dollars.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Blue Ripple Filters Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. The payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

DISCLAIMER:

Address or other customer error: If a package is returned intact to Blue Ripple Filters Inc. due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Refund will be made for the item minus the shipping cost.

DAMAGES

Blue Ripple Filters Inc. is not liable for any products damaged
or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged,
please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save
all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping & Handling , ONLY if the order has been cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.
